Prayer of Abundance

Aloha Friends, I’m in the Kau desert, in the District of Kau, on the Island of Hawaii, with Mauna Loa behind me. Today I would like to offer a prayer of abundance. Let us pray. We pause and breath. We know that the presence of God is right here, right now, wherever we are. We know that God by every definition is abundant, is abundance. We think of the Christian Scriptures and the reference to Spirit bringing life to the desert. For even in the desert, there is life! But when my life feels like a desert, I think of the abundance of God. I look for beauty, I look for life, I look for faith, I look for strength, and I find abundance. I find examples of abundance everywhere in my life and in my world. And for this and all God’s blessings, we say, Thank you, God. Thank you, God. Amen.
