Meditation on Love

Hear, O Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord is One. You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your might. You shall speak [the words] when you sit in your house and when you walk on the road, when you lie down and when you rise.

Breathe and center on the idea of Spirit as love, the Lord your God. Relax and allow divine love to warm you heart.

Rest in the quiet.

Allow the idea of active love grow within you as you center into the holy.
